The steam cleaner is very suitable for tiles and ceramics, and can also be safely used on PVC and vinyl if moved in short strokes. For laminate and wooden floors, steaming is only recommended when they are well finished or varnished. Untreated wood and natural stone are not advised due to the risk of damage. Additionally, the device is versatile for use on windows, mirrors, sanitary fittings, kitchen appliances, mattresses, and furniture with the correct attachments. Always test first on a small, inconspicuous area. When in doubt, always consult the manufacturer's instructions.

The included cloths are machine washable. You can easily rinse the brushes with water.
Yes, if you use tap water, we recommend descaling the device
once a month. This prevents lime buildup and reduces steam power. If you use demineralized water, descaling is not necessary. Always empty the water tank after each use to prevent lime deposits.
Descaling instructions:
Fill the tank halfway with clean tap water.
Add an equal amount of cleaning vinegar or a special descaling agent for steam devices.
Let the device steam until the tank is empty. (Do not aim at surfaces, but steam into the sink or outside.)
Then fill the tank completely with clean water and steam briefly again to rinse away the residue.
Dry the device and store it without water in the tank.
